Merry Christmas!

Well, it took long enough, but the website is finally up and running again and I now have our wedding pictures posted as a slide show (click here). You can use the arrows above the picture to switch between pictures. Now we can finally share with everyone our wonderful day.

As for this Christmas, we are staying up here in Oregon for the Holiday's. Last year we didn't get to spend Christmas up here, we went back down to Cali, but this year I thought it would be special to spend our first Christmas married up here in Oregon at our home. But home wont be too far away, Gordon's sister and kids are coming up for Christmas to visit, so the holiday's wont be that empty for us. The day after Christmas we should be spending some time with Joe and Monique. Joe's sister lives in Vancouver, Washington which is only 20 minutes away from our house. And then that following Monday after Christmas, Gordon's Aunt Julie should be up here. She is coming up to look at places to retire. We have heard that she has a couple of other states in mind too, but believe me, Gordon and I will try our hardest to sell her on this place.

Gordon is doing well, he finished Real Estate Appraisal school about a month or so ago and now he is looking hard for an assistance job in order to put in his hours to get liscensed in the state of Oregon. It is a frustrating process, so please keep him in your prayers as he goes through this rough time of this process.

Gordon has found a new love... the crockpot! We got a crockpot for our wedding present and we finally used it. Gordon made some Corned Beef and Cabbage one day and after that, he was hooked on the crockpot. He has been making everything he can think of in that thing and getting recipes off the internet just so he can use it again and again. Once Gordon likes something, there is no stopping the guy.

As for me, ironically, I was working at a Real Estate school out here in Portland, however, I had to leave the job because I could not handle being on my feet over 8 hours a day. I was in school admissions department and they made us stand at a front desk all day, while the rest of the company sat at their computers. We had to stand and type on our computers and do everything else that way. Didn't make much sense to me, and I am not picky, but with my Epstein Barr, I get chronic muscle aches and the standing wasn't helping them any. I would be up all night with sharp shooting pains going through my body. I had to leave unfortunately. So I am back to the drawing board, looking for another job.

We can't forget Rocky... yes Rocky, our bugg eyed little pal. Our dog Rocky, well, he is getting really fat , he looks a lot like a black and white pot bellied pig, so we put him on a diet and he has actually been trimming down some. Hopefully Rocky won't be our only source of children for long, as soon as Gordon gets squared away in a job and health insurance we will be trying for a baby. I have no idea when that will be but when it happens I will deffinately let you all know.
So everyone, please take care of yourselves and have a great Christmas and a Happy New Year!!

Love,
Woody & Gordon & Rocky

Well that was quick

That template got on my nerves really quick. So no more of that.

We're busy cleaning like nuts because my sister Kathy is coming to visit us for the holidays. Also Joe and Monique are visiting Joe's sister Christmas time and we're trying to catch up with them while they are out here. And now on top of all that I just got word that my Aunt is coming out too. I guess it's one of those "when it rains..." things.

New Template

Well I'm trying out a template I found online somewhere. I tweaked it a little and tonight I'll see what Jenn thinks of it (because it is her site too now). Also I'm curious what y'all think about the site so feel free to post on the comment board on the bottom right hand corner.

I'm going to take Jenn to see End Of The Century tonight. It's a documentury about the Ramones and hopefully it lives up to some of the hype I have read about it.
