Moving Forward
Well, we have a move date, we are packing the U-Haul on March 8th and headed out on March 9th. Gordon and I probably already have jobs lined up for us when we get to California but we don't want to count our chickens before they hatch if you know what I mean.
The more I think about coming home to HB the more I get real excited about the whole thing. I mean, I totally miss having a social life. When I moved up here it totally disappeared, I only have like 2 friends I ever do anything with and down in Cali, I had countless people I could hang out with and so many places that were familiar to me to hang out at. I am really happy with this decision that Gordon and I made and I do not feel at all like we are coming back with our tails between our legs. We tried and just found out the things that were really important to us after all.
The wierdest part will be coming back to California married. We left as a dating couple and we are coming back as husband and wife. I am just wondering how that is going to affect the social life we once had. Hmmm, we will find out.
